From the software side Be sure to expand the pagefile. Check under system and be sure that it is at least the same number or above the recommended number. If you use internet explorer, be sure to empty out the temporary files. Those add up. If you use another browser be sure to empty the temp files from that from time to time. Look under the C drive and look for your profile. Go under Temp and clean that out. It should be its own folder, or under local setting (sometimes both).
