It certainly depends on what you are choosing for- to LIVE or to VISIT, and also on what type of lifestyle you want to lead.
Greece is indeed beautiful, with wonderful food and people. I am also interested in archaeology and history so Greece is a sort of heaven for me. I loved the slow, relaxed pace of life in the countryside and could absolutely see myself living there for a summer or even longer, depending on the exact location and what work I would be doing.
Denmark fascinates me also, but in an entirely different way. I feel I am a city person at heart, and I feel an affinity towards Northern Europeans as they are my kin (well, sort of- we are descended from the same ancestors, anyway!) and for those reasons I feel I might prefer Denmark for living long-term.
There are tons of other factors to consider, of course, but those are my feelings in a nutshell!

I would have to choose Greece. I have never traveled from the US. But Greece is full of myths and legends. I would want to see the place that inspired them.

Why is it a difficult question to you? When I was a child, I was curious about Denmark because their Miss Universe entries looked like dolls. But of course I am partial for Greece because of the whole world of knowledge they have contributed to literature, sports, mathematics, astronomy, and romance, LOL!

Denmark. I would also be interested in Greece, but Denmark is probably the country I would most like to visit. My family is very Danish but I have never been. Both of my parents are half Danish so both sides have retained some things of the culture and I have long been interested.
