John Cena to be part of Trump's "Apprentice" show coming up.

John Cena, along with a strange mix of "celebs" including fighter Tito, KISS' Gene Simmons, Omarosa, boxer Lennox Lewis, Stephen Baldwin, Carol Alt (??), Vincent Pastore, and Marilu Henner will appear on the Celebrity edition of the Apprentice. Not sure when the show starts (It is soon though) but they are filming because TMZ.com caught footage of the apprentices selling hot dogs on the streets of NY today. lol.
They say Cena was doing great but no one was buying from Gene Simmons.
ANYWAY, will you watch the show because Cena is on? Or skip it because it seems silly?
I will watch because I am a Cena and Tito fan and I also really like Gene Simmons. He should win if being business savvy really counts considering the empire he has built.
What do you think? Good for a few laughs or lame? And will you watch because Cena is on?

I think I'd watch mostly because of Gene Simmons, it's very seldom that I see him on tv. I would love to see him go with his antics, and maybe see his lighter side!;)
No offense for Cena, but I guess I'm already used of seeing him on tv every week back then. I'd watch the show mostly of others, whom I seldom see on tv and check out their true personalities!;)

Gene has a weekly reality show here called "Gene Simmons' Family Jewels". It actually very funny. His kids are really adorable (14 and 18, I think) and his long time partner Shannon Tweed (mother of his kids) is amusing as well.
Great show. I will watch for him as much as Cena and Tito.

while i think that Donald Trump is a brilliant business man and I loved the apprentice, I think this show is going to be a flop. well it might not be a flop, but I'm not interested in it in the least. Stephen Baldwin and Marilu Henner are about the only people I don't mind on it. Omarosa is just simply an idiot and it's stupid she's gotten fame from her stupidness on the show before.
I just wonder why Trump is grasping at straws to get his show back by doing something like this. Stick to what he knows. he's brilliant in business. Not in TV.

I completely agree. I have no idea why he is doing this. Maybe Trump loves to be on TV. This will flop. I think people will watch for the curiosity factor but some of those stars are wayyyyyyyyyy past their prime. I am interested in how they all interact though.
I don't think this show will be on more than one season. The idea is pretty weak.

I'll pass on it. I don't see how using star power qualifes busness men and women on why they should be working for a multi billion dollar corperation. Then again I find that Trump and The Apprentice are completely overrated. I like most of the celebs listed but not in that setting.
BTW Carol Alt was a model in the 80s. Her poster use to hang in my bedroom.

Cone on! Tito, Cena, Simmons, and the boxer guy all on one show. And a Baldwin! How could you NOT wanna watch that? lol.
Lots of testosterone on the show and, yeah, Carol Alt. Still don't know who she is. lol.

I am less impressed that Tito thinks that Jenna Jameson is hot when she is skin, bones, and boobs. ACK. But it will be interesting to see how he deals with people.
Gene too will be fun to see interact with people since he is so serious.

I think it will be a train wreck and people won't be tuning in, in droves to watch. But with the right promotion and the curiosity factor, maybe it will do OK for one season.
I am curious to see the show but some of the so called celebs are really washed up.

I think it is both lame and good for a few laughs. I will watch but I don't think this will be on more than one season. The celebs are really washed up for the most part and we have lots of shows with those types of celebs like Surreal Life, etc.
