Loosing weight

Respost since the last on ehad some important spellingissues =) Well, since most things has changed in my life I also decided to change my wight and loose all the extra wight that I have put on the last few years. Anyways... I have decided to go with the GI-method (dont know if thats the name in english) it means that you cut of most carbs... Anyways, I started monday and the scale has already gone down 3 KG - wich is common for the first week Ive heard.. anyways - i am positive about it and I just wanted to share and also hear if you have any tips on the way?

MAybe add some exrcise it cannot harm you only make you good.I never really was on diet, but my man is going on one soon.We just need to find out witch one is good for him.Maybe I would be so nice to be on diet with him, i see :)I just want tell you i am glad you are positive and hope you will stick with it.I hope when you loose how much you want you will share with us your success.

Yeah, i will be exercising as well since I do belive that it is good fr you - but no harm in eating right either =)

Well try to spread out your eating a bit during the course of a day to slightly boost metabolism. The B complex of vitamins increases your bloodflow and your metabolism to extents too. Try to increase physical activity as well. This can be done with exercise but also by putting in more physical activity in your regular day (i.e. use stairs not the elevator, walk around the block from time to time, take a bike or walk to a nearby store if possible). The thing about an atkins diet is that it can only do so much. One must also put in physical activity to increase metabolism and burn up fat stores in the body (or at the very least coax the body into letting the fat get burned/used for energy). Good luck losing the weight.

I will ofcourse also be exercising, forgot to say that in my post.. And I also have to say something else.. it is not atkins diet - i know that one and this is very much different!

This is a great diet too. Glycemic index method is very effective especially for those people who are diabetic. Its major function is to balance the sugar in your blood. However, this method does not really give you assurance to lose more weight, as this diet focuses only on reducing your carbohydrates intake. Even i have been into this losing weight business and i try so hard even now a days to reduce my tummy but i am just not able to do so. I cut down on a lot of fat and i am actually surviving on juices and fruits, yet i have not reduced to that level i wanted to.

First and the foremost principle in weight loss program is to divide the intake of food in a day to six times. Next is that we need to indulge in at least 30 min of cardiovascular exercises like running ,jogging etc. After this do some abdomen related exercises because most of the fat that our body stores is in this region. Intake of fibre rich food also helps in decreasing binging.

I am glad to hear that you are cutting out some of the carbs and not all of them. Your body needs them too. I have balanced out my diet to include a little bit of everything including stuff that most people wouldn't eat on a diet. If you cut out things you like to eat you will crave them even more.

I've tried a bunch of the popular "diets" that are out there, but none of them seem to work for me. The atkins diet worked for awhile. Once I was off of it though the weight came back even worse than it was to begin with. For the past year I have just been watching what I eat and trying to exercise a few times a week. My daily intake is between 1600-1800 calories for most days and I eat a balanced diet. In the past year I have lost about 20 pounds and am feeling great. I guess those diets may work for some people, but they just don't work for me.

ya, i am also trying to lose my weight, and I do have gone down about 4kg in several months. I only use a very simple way to lose weight--more excersise. I think the most important thing is to keep healty as losing weight, so I would never choose the diet way, i mean, eat less. For me, every meal is a kind of enjoyment,so I don't cut my food during the shaping trip. I just do more exercise. Also, there is a easy way to do exercise even in office room which was proposed by a Chinese guy who lose more than 100kg in several months with this simple method. it's just running in the orginal place, might be in a circle routine, or just step up and down in the same point. It's a kind of amazing way to lose weight. I tried it, and did get an amazing result. i will stick to this method, and try to get my weight into the standard range. Good luck to you!

I want to lose some weight too though my friends all say I'm not very fat.But in my mind,too much neoplasitc fat is harm for health.And my way to lose weight is sporting,sometimes running,or sometimes climbing the stair.I think losing weight for health is quite a good idea.What do you think?

I want to loose weight but I cannot control my eating. I just want to eat and forget that I am already eaten. It is hard to loose weight. My stomach have belly fats like a 5 months pregnant. It is worst.

The hardest part is to loose teh belly fat. I have tried so many products out there even Xenical but none of them worked. Finally a friend of mine got me some of the diet pills from Japan. I was skeptic to use it the first time but boy!! I love it now. I lost all ugly belly fat and now I am back to my old clothes of size 4. I was almost to shop for size 12. All I need now is to tone the muscle. I love this pills. It is not only take off your fat belly but it also detox and firm your skin. I love it.

Well I think belly fat is a big problem even i am facing it it is just pathetic i cant wear half of my cloths n trying hard to reduce it... well if you have any other tips plz pass it on...
