How much are you afraid of an earthquake?

hello my friend! the feeling like hours to you?wow!it should be much terrible,as for me i haven't gone through a earthquake,so it is hard for me to feel about the scene,but if it happens to me unfortunitely i think i can hardly do nothing at that moment and don't know where is the east and west ^o^

Thank god I am not in Turkey, or Peru or in Japan. I had not experienced the earthquake but in Natioal Geographic channel, I had seen the repurcussions of earthquatake, the damages it causes to lives and living of people. Though there are numerous methods by which they can predict the area where the earth quake is going to happen, it is not perfected yet. Most report comes to find out what is the scale :Rector of earth quake.

We have never had an earthquake here. There is a fault line up near Austin which once in a while has a tiny sneeze. We would probably have more trouble from all the oil refining plants around here.

In fact I am afraid of any kinds of accidents, including the earthquake. Earthquake can create a big damage and I hope I won't experience it in my whole life.

We used to have several slight earthquake here in my area, but I didn't completely feel it though many people had felt it. I would feel very scared if there is a big earthquake. But I think that it is still safe in my area from any damaging earthquake.

Quite afraid. While mylotting there was an earthquake and it took more than one minute to stop. I was afraid and pray that it just stop so no one will be affected. It is one calamity I am afraid of more than thyphoon and fire.

I am afraid of the earthquake especially if it reaches intensity 7 where for sure it will cause havoc to a lot of us. It happened once in our place and the damage was really devastating. A lot of lives were lost and a lot of material things were damaged.
