Are you a Leader or a Follower?

There are so many types of people out in the world. Two of these are Leaders and Followers. By being either one I believe effects how you contribute at work, how you parent, and how you look in the eyes of your peers. I myself am a Leader. I am self motivated, am always motivating others. I abhore laziness. This comes after my stepson was made to sit down and work out a homework timetable and revision timetable. After discussions with the teacher regarding his future, the ex wife still has to be led to point her own son in the right direction. This made me think of people at work, and whether they go up the ranks or stay stagnate. It comes down to leaders and followers.
