jayger04 Yes he is lucky to have a mum that is concerned about his welfare, there are too few of them these days. But she does need to learn to seperate herself and allow the boy to grow up as well. He is a young adult and needs to learn how to be an adult.

jayger04 It woudl be good but it doesn't exist. I'm sure there are many that claim they do do this. But there is only one way to lose weight, and that is proper diet and exercise. Hard work pays off.

jayger04 Yes much agreed, positive thoughts and actions attract positive things into your life. If you're negative all the time you attract negative things into your life. I try and positive mmost of the time, its hard work.
