jayger04 Yes he is lucky to have a mum that is concerned about his welfare, there are too few of them these days. But she does need to learn to seperate herself and allow the boy to grow up as well. He is a young adult and needs to learn how to be an adult.

jayger04 It woudl be good but it doesn't exist. I'm sure there are many that claim they do do this. But there is only one way to lose weight, and that is proper diet and exercise. Hard work pays off.

jayger04 Good question. I seem to snack when and as I can because I'm usually preparing meals and sancks for my kids. If you ask how often they eat I would say all bloody day! They don't stop.
