Okay now that the series is set, who will win? And why? I am a Red Sox fan so I want to see them win. They have the hitters and now it looks like they have the pitching.

Well being a non-bias opinionated person in this and being just a huge baseball fan, I can honestly say that I have no clue. I'll break it down position by position: Catcher: I give the edge to the Red Sox. Veritek is a veteran who know's how to win the big ones and doesn't give in under pressure. However, I'll take the red hot Torrealba's hitting. First Base: This is a toss up but I got to go with the Rockies. Helton is more of a threat in the line up then Youklis. Helton just has better defense too. Second Base: Rockies. Matsui has found a home in Colorado and has been a big reason why they are in the postseason. Third Base: Red Sox. Lowell knows how to keep things in the infield and doesn't need to be lifted late in the game for defensive purposes. Shortstop: Rockies. Can you say Rookie of the Year? By far Troy Tulowitzki has been the best shortstop in the game. Left Field: Toss up. The potential NL MVP or Manny? I'll let you decide. Center Field: Red Sox. Playing in Fenway makes you better and when it comes to all the angles out there, the Rockies will run into a wall. Right Field: Toss up: take your pick, I can't decide DH: Red Sox. The Rockies don't use one but David Ortiz wrote the book on it. Big Papi will have a big series Starting Pitching: Toss up. The Red Sox have the power pitching and Wakefield, but the Rockies have precision and they get outs. Bullpen: Rockies. 2 earned runs in the entire postseason (correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's 2) Manager: Red Sox. Francona has the expeirence and the know how to win it all. Plus, he manages a team that had to beat a powerful Yankees team back in 2004. Bench: Rockies. Every player that has come off the bench for them this postseason has come up clutch and come up big. It seems that whenever Hurdle goes to them, it only gets better. Intangables: Rockies. winners of 21 of their last 22. They are on fire. So there you have it. I say Rockies win it all, but it will not be a sweep. It will be done in 5 or 6 games.

I see this going 7 games. My heart says Red Sox but my brain says Rockies. Either way I am going to enjoy this. Who will be the DH for the Rockies?

The Rockies definitely will win. Especially since the Red Sox just creamed my poor little Indians, so now I'm especially rooting for Colorado.

I can understand it.Before game 6 of the Indians-Red Sox series, i thought that it didn't matter which team will win because the Rockies will win, but now I don't know. I do know this World Series will be fun to watch.
