It's MONDAY---Again!

It's Monday again and back to work for some of us. I felt pretty good this morning and refreshed after a weekend off and home relaxing and doing chores -- but any day at home is better than work, no? I wondered if you were raring to go this morning? Excited to return to work or were you dreading the office place?

Me too! However, if we skipped Mondays, I'm sure Tuesday would be just as bad! ha!

i would rather be doing chores or writing at home than be doing work at work. i work every day from 9 am - 1 pm and i also work pt at home (i am a freelance writer) and while i like my job, i have a lot of health issues and would rather be working at home (i work outside of the house due to money issues).

Ditto! You can dress the way you want at home...stay in jammies, go braless, wear shorts, etc. I also do freelance writing and I'd much rather do that full time but I am too close to retirement and full benefits so will hang in there.

Back to work for me too. I just went back to work full time about 4 months ago. Previously I'd been lucky enough to stay at home and not work for the past few years. While I certainly enjoyed staying at home, the paycheck from working full time is sure nice! I enjoy my job, the people are nice and hours are flexible, so I don't dread going to work. :)

Mondays stink. I just think it is really the worst day of the week. I sleep differently on the weekends (up late and sleep in), so it's always hard to adjust on Monday morning. Even if I do get enough sleep Sunday night, Monday's are hard b/c it's hard to adjust to being on a schedule. On the weekends I eat when I want, clean/organize when I want, play games when I want. But suddenly Monday I have a scheduled time to eat, work, and play :( Tues and Wed usually are better. Thurs and Fri are the best. Thank God for weekends!!

Well, I don't work right now, so Mondays aren't the worst day for me. The worst thing I have to do is get up early in the morning to get my daughter up for school, but I can always go back to sleep for a little bit if I need to hahaha! When I did work, I hated Mondays because the weekends were usually too short and if we had a three day weekend, that really made it worse!

Here...here! All weekends are too short, two or three days. I can never get everything done around the house that I need to. Weekends should be for relaxing but that doesn't happen too often with all the necessities.

Im happy because I didnt work on monday. I had 4 days off today was the first day I worked since thursday and so bascically today is my monday lol. But it was a pretty good day. I only worked 5 hours and I got out at 2pm which is the perfect time to get out. Also it wasnt that busy which makes it a plus. The only thing I didnt like was all of the wind its very hard doing carts when its very windy outside.
