are you afraid of death?

the idea of death occoured to me suddenly this morning, and i am totally shocked. i am asking myself what if my family members would leave me forever? what if i die and how can my family get through this? if i would have to face the fact of death, what should i do or what can i do?
I just had no idea why these ideas would came out.
I am not strong enough to handle too many things in life, just to recognize how weak i am when facing stuff like this.

before i read your discussion, i thought little about such questions. but your questions cause fear in my heart. it's really so terrible to think about them. the most terrible thing is that they are surely to happen and no one can escape from them. but perhaps we needn't worry about it too much. life will go on no matter who leaves this world. if we pass away, our family will go on with their life though at first they feel they can't get through.
