i'm hesitant to get married. I don't know why.We love each other, but i don't want to marry. do u have the same feeling before marriage? I'm always pursuing everything perfect, especially for this important thing in my life. I don't know if I can become a housewife after getting married.I still want to be the little girl not a wife or mother.

The greatest deed for a woman in life is to become a mother. Don't worry, every women had this nervous problem before marriage. When he proposed you, you are the lucky woman, because most of the man find it difficult to propose their girl rather than we expected them to do so.

Hi Jessica,
Marriage is an old-fashioned custom. People get married, because they think without it they miss something. After marriage they realize, that the goldring is gold cuffs. And it is a big big lie.

It seems like you may still have a little growing left to do. I could be wrong though, since I've also seen a few other people post on this subject with the same feelings you have. As for real marriage, its an evolving process not a sealed fate. You'll have to grow along with it as does your potential husband.
Personally, I do have some fears of getting married. And yes some of it does stem from my own doubts (will I be a good husband or not). Sad part is, that question is more and more difficult and its seems less in my favor. I can do all sorts of housework all along with working 50-60+ hours a week. I also can romance a deserving, kind and true woman. Yet despite all that, MANY women could still say I'm a terrible husband (i.e. she's very overcritical). Or they could get bored with me (again... overcritical or just plain cruel). In both of those cases they could easily cry "divorce!" and that's that. Other more mundane and macabre outcomes include cheating, verbal abuse, or being completely unappreciated.
So for me, I'd rather not put up with it at all. Maybe I might find someone, but thanks to things I've been through, things I've seen others go through and plenty of cases online, it seems better to remain single.
