I am having a really bad day!

Hello all, how is your day going? I'm having a really bad one.
Firstly, my hubby, (he's in the army) is away! He won't be back for over another week and I miss him so much!
Secondly, I suffer from depression. The anti-depressants I am on are making me ill - migraines, passing out, being sick, so I decided to come off them. I saw the Doctor yesterday and she refused to give me a sick note even though she admitted I shouldn't be in work!
Thirdly, I had to have an interview with my boss to review how much time I have had off work. Basically, I was off for 7 weeks with a sick note, and 7 days without one. Apparently, you can't have time off without a sick note after the Doctor has signed you off sick unless you have been back to work for at least one day. Unfortunately, when I went back to work, I only made half a day so now I'm going to be sacked. They are going to keep me informed though so you know they are going to try and get as many days out of me first!
I have cried my eyes out all day and now I have a thumping headache and I have, quite simply, had enough!
I am in desperate need of either sympathy or a slap round the face!

Its tough, because you don't have your husband for support and no matter what any of us say its still just words on a screen. Even with that, I want to wish you the best though because it seems like you're going through too much all at once. For one thing, did you try to explain to your doctor the side effects of the antidepressants? It seems irresponsible for a doctor to ignore the testimony of the patient and arbitrarily make decisions about the patient without it. Did you try explaining your situation to your boss. Even the most stubborn of bosses and supervisors know that if someone is ill enough, it doesn't matter if they are at work, they won't be working at efficiency.
Berlee, I'm sorry its pretty down for you, but just keep going and know that people are here if you need support.

According to my Doctor, I am not clinically depressed and there's nothing they can do for me. I went to work this morning and I got sent home because I was too upset to work. How can they tell me one minute I'm fine and the next that I'm not. IS there something wrong with me or not? I have stopped taking the antidepressants, mainly because I think they are doing me more harm than good. In a way, I hope they sack me. Simply because I cannot cope with it all right now. There is no light at the end of my tunnel! Thanks for your support! x

Very sorry berlee to know about your plight. I wish i were there to help u out! I pray to the almightly to give u the strength to cope up with the stress. Hope u will be back on the track again. Try to be strong mentally and im sure u will bounce back. Good Luck. Plz take care.

Sad to know that you're having a bad day, but don't worry too much, it won't help you. be positive just think that evrything will be ok. I know it's tough one, I've been there too (depression) but I didn't give up my patience and hope... now I'm a bit ok. God speed!

Oh! dear friend, it is not one bad day, I think those are many bad days and I pray that they end soon. Dont stress yourself soo much because of job, they might end up sucking you in the long run. If they dont want to understand you then let them go a head and suck you, you might even end up getting a better job out there. Some things happen for a reason and maybe for better. Am really sorry for what you are going through. Your story has even made me forget that I had a bad day.........lol.

many day ,it is real bad days for me but bad day is only bad day. we must go to work as usual. i think it is impossible to wait the bad days go away.
