Back on the beach

Hey sf, Love your new avatar I just wish it had been a more close up pic |;) I love the beach but I haven't been in quite a while-this may sound crazy but I've lived in SC,USA on & off my whole life & have never been to Myrtle Beach???? +'s |:)

I think that it is lovely your avatar is a photo of you enjoying being on the beach. I went to Sardinia and saw beautiful sandy beaches and so know that Italy has some gorgeous beaches. I love beaches. My local beach is quiet and pretty in the winter. In the summer it is crowded and noisy. Dogs are allowed on it in the winter but they are banned in the summer. I enjoy walking them along the sandy beach, letting them run along the sand dunes and seeing the scenic coastal views. I can see two islands and land jutting out to the sea. I adore being on tropical beaches with gently waving palm trees and white sand. I have been to the Seychelles and seen some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

At the beginning of February I went and stayed at my special retreat which is situated by the Ocean, it was such a warm sunny day that I actually sat on the beach and the sun was quite warm too! But when I went and paddled in the sea it was icy cold! I walked all along the beach back to the hotel I was staying at, I couldn't believe that there were so many people on the beach in February! I love being by the Ocean and hopefully one day I might live by the Ocean so I can take long beach walks and smell the sea

I like the beach anytime of the year but I wouldn't go swimming during winter at all. I prefer summer over the winter any day.
