Here go my lesser blends of it. I fix them a little more often, but they are not classified info.
Heartwarmer Chili
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1-2 cups of spinach
3 cups of diced tomatoes
4 cups of tomato sauce
2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup of corn
1 cup of diced or sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup of parsley
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cups canned red beans, drained and rinsed
2 cup of thin spaghetti or vermicelli
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet or a large pot. Cook over medium-high heat until the ground beef is brown and even. Drain the beef.
Add all ingredients minus the pasta to the large pot. Mix the ingredients well. Bring the pot to a boil. Add the pasta at this point. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

As always, you can pix and mix some key ingredients, especially if you don't like certain things (usually veggies).
