Will you still read a magazine if there are no pictures to look at?

For me, it would be boring to read a magazine if there are no pictures to look at. Pictures really play an important role in a magazine or other reading materials as well.
This will help you characterize, represent, describe, and illustrate the things that are being discussed and talked about. Other than that, it gives beauty from what we read.
How about you? Will you still read a magazine without pictures? How do you find reading a book that has no pictures at all?

Even I won't go for magazines that has no pictures to look at.. The pictures increase the reading quotient of the magazines and without them, the magazines look so dull and boring.. Its the pictures which catch the reader's attention at first, so it won't be a good idea for me to read magazines without pictures...

For me, A magazine must have pictures, it is what is appealing about it! I only read the story if first of all the picture draws me in, secondly the headline is interesting and if I'm interested in the topic!
Also I like fashion magazines so pictures are essential!

I think it's important in magazines and in book that photo's are included.I think when there are no pictures at all it's hard to read a book and magazine.

I very much doubt I could get through a magazine without pictures. All the articles are about different things and I need pictures to help label these things. Also, I like to be able to find the article I wan't with pictures... And I like coming back to magazines later, looking at the details~ including the pictures!

When I read a book, what interests me is the content instead of the pictures in it.

Honestly, I enjoy also looking at pictures. It makes the article more attractive to read at. But is the topic or heading is cathchy, sometimes, it is enough for me to take and read the entire article. I love reading really. That is why, even words construction itself is enough attraction for me to spend time on it.

It depends on the topic that is written on the magazines - I'll read them even without pictures as long as the articles are informative.
If these are romance books and has a good story, I'll still read that book even without pictures. But if these are childrens' books and you will read to a child, of course they need to have pictures in them to attract their interest and attention.

I will not. Mostly I read magzine just to enjoy the pictures inside.:D Without it I feel boring, eventhough it's informative amd instructive.

I guess I will still read the article or magazine come with no pictures, this is because I'm interesting with the article, I means the main point and not the picture only. But as I know, picture really play an important role in magazine, human mind will get used of pictures more then text. I admit that picture will more attractive, but I believe that I will still read some interesting article which come without pictures...

No, i don't. No matter how good is the article if it has no picture, it does not give me an appeal to read. Sometimes, it's the pictures that let me read an article. Thanks braveheart.
