What do you do whilst posting on MyLot?

Hey, while you're posting away here on MyLot, what else do you do?
Do you eat, watch T.V, post in between doing household chores?
I seem to spend forever on this site sometimes, in between sorting the washing out and cooking. It's nice to be able to come back to the P.C after doing such boring tasks and seeing somebodies opinion to your discussion.
Or, can you not multi-task? Post first, everything else after?

Watch tv. That's pretty much a constant. My tv i salways on. Its practically the first thing I turn on when I get home and the last thing I turn off when I leave.
I mean how can you be doing house hold chores and sitting at the computer at the same time? Sometimes I'll eat dinner too, but if I'm mylotting, I'm usually just mylotting and watching tv.

Lol, not at the same time. Wouldn't it be great though if you could clean and post at the same time. It'd make house-cleaning much more fun! I walk away from the P.C then run back to see what's going on and I carry on doing that most of the time I'm online! Otherwise, I'd end up sitting here talking mindless rubbish for hours and my house would be such a mess!

ha ha yeah. I figured you meant that. But it would be nice to do both.
I usually just decide I'll do mylot till I get bored (doesn't take long) or I want to watch something I want to pay attention to on tv.
On the weekends sometimes I mylot throughout the day, but I pretty much just focus on it for a short period of time.

While I write here on Mylot I like to chat on msn messenger with my friends or I watch tv. I don't like to listn to the music while I'm posting because I like the music when I'm not at pc.

I do a little bit of everything. I do some house work in between posts, I keep the little ones busy, feed the baby or get him down for a nap, grab a snack or two...just whatever needs to be done. I don't get too much uninterrupted computer time but on the rare occasions I do it's all about posting.

I also multi-task when I'm online on myLot. I watch TV, chat on the phone, play poker or scrabble online, wash dishes, and a lot of other stuff. I don't do straight posting because I have other activities, but these other activities kind of contribute to what I post too. Like if there's a discussion about things that happen in everyday life, then I could easily post about that in between my everyday activities.

All this multi-tasking going on!
I'm useless at multitasking really. I have the attention span of a goldfish! If I'm posting here on Mylot, I tend to ignore everything else. I do manage to pull myself away to do the household chores occasionally though!

I kind of go back and forth between being on the computer and off the computer all day. I have a 1 1/2 year old son, so I'm always taking care of him, so even if I'm posting or whatever I have an eye on him. The TV is usually on but I don't pay a lot of attention to it, and I do chores and such.
Online, while I'm posting on mylot, I'm also sometimes talking to a friend from mylot via messenger, or listening to music, or reading anime-related stuff.

I do a little bit of everything when I am on here. My computer room is the cleanest room of the house cause I am always picking up and dusting in here while I post. I am pretty good at multi-tasking so I get quite a bit done while working on here as well.

Look at other websites (news, science, research)
Write down random stuff for posting or my e-book
Write down stuff for my books
Sometimes I mylot while cooking (just think about it if you doubt it)
I'll do chores too and sometimes return to mylot intermittently
Listen to music while looking at mylot and posting

Hi missberlee,
While mylotting, I either listen to music, or watch tv. If something catches my attention on tv, I'll concentrate on that. My tv is always on either on a program or music station. I enjoy background noise that I can hid other distractions through.
