Are oddball, really strange and off the wall type of humor posts allowed?

I have a really strange sense of humor. It is very difficult for me to do much of anything in life without the presence of said humor. Unfortunately I think I may have "accidentally" :) offended someone here with this strange, off the wall and difficult to comprehend sort of Pythonesque spam spam spam if you will.
My question is this: If I'm unable to post without being extremely silly and/or irreverent will I be doobee doobee doomed to being instantly removed every time or was this just someone's opinion.
If that's the case, when post are created that really don't have much relevance to anything whatsoever AND they aren't funny in the least, should they be reported as spam?
Please answer quickly, easily offended individuals with no sense of humor may see this.
Also, if we're not allowed to be ourselves, no matter how annoying, I'm not so sure I want to be here--if you know what I mean.

I can think of a few users around here that tend to post some pretty humorous and off the wall discussions, and they seem to get away with it quite well. In fact, one of them I can think of is quite popular!
So you should give it a try! =)

*giggles* Oh, of course you are legendary, programer! =p
Hmm, I have no idea how many times you have to have something removed... I haven't had too many removed to be honest. One in fact that I can remember. I guess I'm just lucky that way, because some of my discussions have been pretty bad. Usually in a kinky way rather than an "odd humor" way, but still! =p

As long as it doesn't start the discussion, humor is allowed.
Think about it. It'd be pretty dry around here if it wasn't.

BORING!!!!!!!!!!
And yes Van, you'll find a few people, some of them who can't even post or argue worth anything, they love to get offended. They are not above hitting negative button to make your (soon to be) star rating go down, and some aren't afraid to hit the ! button just to delete what you have to say.

I sure hope they're allowed, because if that's what you're going to post, then I want to be your friend! I love the absurd! (And, may I say, if that's you in your avatar, then you're pretty darn cute, too. Are you married? ;o)

Hey...thanks for the response. I've been hangin' out a bit more and I can see now that while most here are pretty much alright, there may be a few wandering around that need that "corncob removal surgery" more or less.
and yes...I'm married to my music :)

Hi Van,
No I think its refreshing to have someone with a good sense of humor, I think too many people on here are uptight and get too serious sometimes. Im a sarcastic person and so I think I offend a lot of people too. I dont get much feed back on my comments lol
