How often do you vacuum?

I only live with my hubby, so I vacuum only once a week. :-)))) The place isn't too dirty. Mostly it's just dust or my hair falling out here and there.

I don't have any kids but I do have two dogs. They tend to shed a bit and leave peices of their toys all over the carpet so I guess that on average I vacuum about twice a week. It isn't so bad, but when we have kids I'm pretty sure it's going to be every day or every other day.

I hate vacuuming! If I can get my husband to do it, I don't have to vacuum very often. But if he's working long hours or is busy doing something else, I have to vacuum. Someone vacuums at our house at least every other day. My toddler has finally stopped putting everything in his mouth, but the dogs and the cat still shed a lot. Especially the lab. My son also has a habit of making messes with whatever he can get. Recently he dumped a whole thing of baby powder over his head because my husband left it where he could get to it. My son told me "Look Mommy! I a Goas! (ghost)" when I walked in. lol. It was cute. But it was a pain to clean up!!

I vaccum every other day, although sometimes I may vacuum every two days. Since I only have one dog now, the animal hair is non visible, and if it is, my hand held vacuum works better for it. When I come inside my apartment, I immediately take off my shoes, and put on a pair of cheap flip flops that have never been outside my apartment. This keeps me from tracking anything in. Of course when people come over I don't ask them to take off their shoes, although I really want to!

I do not have any small children and just one small dog,so i do not have to vaccum to often unless i have a lot of company.on the norm i usually vaccum once a week,sometimes twice,it just depends.When my children was small i use to vaccum daily because kids that crawl around can find the tiniest things and in the mouth it goes,so you have to be very carful...

Mine is every week since not a lot of debris ends up in the carpeting. At least thats how it is with me. No pets or anything either so that also factors into it.
