No I don't think it's possible because I think you would get busted very early on. It's a difficult process to get accredited even if you do everything by the book so in real life I think a school like the one in the movie "Accepted" would get shut down pretty quickly. In fact, they would find themselves with criminal charges, most likely. But that doesn't mean it doesn't make for a good movie! I like it, in any case.
