Happy Halloween Everybody

Can't you just feel the excitement in the air for the kiddies?..haha. It's almost as good as Christmas for them, and I pity the poor Teachers in school trying to keep these kids from bouncing off the walls..hahahaha! Good advice about the candy and a wonderful reminder!...No little one's here (all grown up), and I'm actually relieved I don't have to check the candy anymore. I was always so afraid I'd miss something. I use to be out till 10:00 too, just messing around and having fun, and all the lights on the houses would still be lit until late.....ahhhh, the good old days....wish we could go back to that other world.....take care.

Hi TerryZ!I know all too well about checking candy,haha.When i was young i got an apple with a broken razor blade pushed into it,im lucky i was told never to eat the apples and throw them by my grand-parents.My daughter is so excitable,they are dressing up at the garderie today and having a little party with treats and games,plus going treating tonight.I think maybe for one night she will go to bed early,hahaha!Im not in good humour this morning.I woke up to no heat at all in the house,hubbys working in the woods,no cellular phone and i dont need to smoke,i just have to breath and see the air,haha.We have an oil furnance with hot water.I woke up to smoke downstairs and the cats all fluffy and big,heheh.Oh gosh:(Its so cold!!Good thing we have electric heat in 2 bedrooms,not ours though.MEN!He was suppose to fix it.Sorry for ranting on here,im just froze and upset to the bone,haha. Here where I live the kids only get 2 hours usually from 6-8 pm. I agree with you about needing to check the candy. You can never be too safe.

Sweetie I totally agree with you and it is so sad that even this is not save for the Kids anymore The thing is that some Kids want to eat it as they walk along so the Parents need to explain to them that they can not do that they have to wait till they get home and they need to tell them reason to

Thank you...you too!! I don't have to do anything....I'm working, so, I won't get home till about 8:00. Hubby will have to give out candy. We usually close up about 8:00-8:30. By then, all the little ones are finished anyhow.
