One of the best way of losing weight, or if you are targeting the best diet for losing tummy fat, then it depends on the level of weight loss you are targeting. Actually, I am not sure what kind of level you are aiming for but basically if you are a fast food lover, eat the burger but abandon the fries and soft drinks. Do some simple jogging, strolling exercises but my personal recommendation is to try skipping. One of the most effective exercises that builds muscle as well as raises your metabolism. Then slowly start applying diet techniques to your meals. 70% of your initial weight loss will come from diet and then you can incorporate your exercises to lose more weight. Just do not expect miracles. Just be active and eat right every day! Good luck!
