Alegna310 They said that in Chinese cultures, when they eat fish, they are not suppose to flip it on the other side, instead, they should remove the bones... I really don't know the significance of it though...

Alegna310 I think slowing down means that you are being prudent, you are taking into consideration first the consequences and benefits of your actions, this is better, so that you'll have time to appreciate as well as think about the things that you do...
