do you have breakfast everyday? sometimes i did not when i had not enough time. how about you? do you think breakfast is important?

Yes, I always ensure that I eat my breakfast everyday even though I am in a hurry or late at work already. I used to eat rice or breads and have some cup of tea in the morning. It's true that it is the most important meal of the day.:-)

On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work. And breakfast is just sandwich and a cup of coffee that I grab from the company cafeteria at about 9am. I like to have my hot freshly brew coffee with a bit of sugar in the morning regardless whether it is a cold or hot day, usually one sugar to keep my weight down and add skimmed milk into it. I would prefer full cream milk, but due to my weight, I have to cut down on the full cream milk and opt for skimmed milk.

Of course routine without miss. If any chances of missing i use to take dietary drinks due to heavy works pendings.

Yes. Breakfast is very important. I am sure you know the meaning of breakfast. Ofcourse it is breaking the fasting. Infact breakfast should be heavy. The day before you would have had your dinner say around 10pm.According to science, any diet will get digested within 3 to 4 hours. Since you will be going to bed after your dinner and get up only in the morning --- the time gap between your dinner and breakfast is too long period. This is the reason you should have your brekfast a heavy. Scientifically stomach should not be kept empty for a long period. Because the gastric jucies(enzymes) that secretes in stomach periodically, if found the stomach is empty they will start corroding the walls of your stomach and that will lead to erosive gastritis. To avoid all these you must have breakfast to keep yourself healthy. So please dont ignore breakfast.

Yes,of course. I have my breakfast everyday. Breakfast is important, if not have breakfast will do harm to your stomach. So you should have breakfast everyday.

Yes i do. its the most important meal in the day. i found that if i eat breakfast. i would eat less during the day, when it came to eating dinner. I would loose weight.

When I'm in hurry, I also skip it and maybe take my breakfast at or before work. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, no matter how much we take as long as it helps us start our day. I don't like starting work with an empty stomach, it only bothers me more as it might affect my work as well..

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But no, I am a coffee morning person. That is my breakfast. I rather eat later on the morning. After I have been up for at least three or four hours. I have problem eating in mornings. I have had that for a long time. I must have been awake for some time before I can start thinking of eating. That is bad. I know that, knowing that it is the most important meal of the day.

Sure I do and I will make sure I will not miss my break fast as it is very important for my diet practice. For my breakfast I choose for bitter and salty food, sour for lunch and sweet for my dinner. Often skip breakfast is a bad practice for health reason. It may cause you gastric problem in future and from this point you are vulnerable for migraine.

I have been on a diet recently. I sometimes tell myself, don't eat breakfast or lunch and just wait for dinner. I found that out to be a horrible mistake. You end of feeling very bad all day long. You also get very irritable with people. Not only that, but when dinner approaches you end up eating more than usually do and sometimes dinner may be in the night which is also another strike. SO I have recently added fruit and shredded wheat with soymilk in the morning and that can carrie me all the way to dinner sometimes. Breakfast is definitley key if you want to achieve a sucessful diet regimen. :)
