autumnchen No, I don't have both. If I have myopia, I will wear contact lenses. If wear glasses the eyes will be changed, it will be edema.

autumnchen No,I don't need wear eyeglasses when reading. If eyes are so tired I will take a rest for several minutes to protect my eyes. If condition permit we should look the green tree or plant, it is good for eyes.
