How many

Besides my family, I only have one other friend like that. I don't talk to her all that often anymore, but I would still do anything for her. She was my first real best friend outside of my family. We met in kindergarten. I would do anything for her. If she called me and needed a place to stay, I would drive the 1100 miles from my house to hers and pick her and her animals up and drive them back here. I know that would never happen in reality since she has a big family, and if for some reason she couldn't stay with any of them, my parents would do the same for her. :) But I would be willing to do it for her. She was my first best friend. We used to go everywhere together. She went to all my family reunions, and I went to all of her family stuff as well.

Luckily, the closest friends I have were those from childhood so I don't have problems with them since they are all TRIED and TESTED. We are always there for each other, we don't have any doubts at one another anymore. Infact, other younger groups are envy of our strong bond that they joined our group and learned about the REAL meaning of friendship from us..

I would have to say I have 4 close friends, one I have known for 31 years since I was 2, the other one I have known for 22 years, and the other 2 I have known for 14 years.. We have been throu alot together and althou I now live 2200 miles aways from them we still talk at least once a week, and they are the type of friends you can call at 2 AM just because, or when you are having a bad day they will all call out of the blue cause they sense there is somethng wrong

i know for sure that i have a real best friend, that's my boyfriend, we are together for like 3 years, and i know he would do anything for me, and i know i would to. he is my closesed friend, i can talk anything with him, and he always help's me with anything i need.

At this point we really dont have any. It always seems that when we need help our friends/family members say they will help but then they never do. I find this sad because we were always the ones to be the first to help. That is one reason why my husband doesn't want to help anyone any more. We have some things we need help with but we either end up doing it by ourselves or not at all.

I dont trust people very easily. There are only 2 people in my life outside of family, that I would consider TRUE friends that would do anything for me.

Since I have lived in the same state & very close to the same area since birth, I have many acquaintances. I could depend on many of those acquaintances to help me in a pinch if necessary. I have four really close friends who would help me if I needed anything. They have proven themselves in the past to be true friends. In turn, I would and have done anything they needed from me.

I have 3 close friends. I know that because they done some things that now one will do for my and I always helped them when they asked for my help.

It's simple I have 5 maybe six I don't count them down now and I'm sure that they are true friends because we always have a great time we laugh a lot and we share a lot, we tell our secrets, problems and then help each other with advices. I have a classmate that is the best friend I ever had, he always cheers me up and he is truly the best pal I've ever seen. We laugh about each other, making jokes, helping us at school I even met his family. And I have other best, no great friends (well mostly girls) and we talk all day long calling us family (I'm the big brother to many of my friends and I call the sis). It's very simply to see the true friends it's only hard to find them. You don't see it you just feel it and live it that they are truly true great friends. Mine friends they have never left me down.

i have one who is with me since from school days now we completed our studies and working.he will with me in my good and bad.he suggest me what to do and what not to do but he never forces me to do this and to do that though he is correct.because fo this if i entered in to problems he helps me and tells me that's the why he refused not to do.

I have one female bestfriend of whom I shared most of my successes and failures. We are like sisters already. I am also always there for her. But aside from her, I also have other good friends of whom I meet occassionally. These are close freinds since we were much younger.

i think only my girl friend would do anything for me beside my parent. in fact, i have not spent enough time making friend. i think every people have thire own life, how could they sacrifice thier owns for doing things for you. i do not always need other people's help. but when i need some, i can always find someone who afford that to me. so you cannot define a true friend as the one who would do anything for you.

I have very few friends to begin with... Just like 10 or 20 friends... out of which there are only a very few who'd do anything for me.... Well i'm glad they are there. When i friends like them... i'm really happy to say i'm the luckiest guy in the world to have such great friends... these guys and gals really are my strength and they outrightly correct me when i'm facing all sorts of problems or if im the problem... i do hope you get what i mean... I just said it and i'll say it again.. They are the greatest people in the world i'll ever know.....

hi i have only 1 close friend she is my best friend we don't do everything together but we share everything with each other she knows everythin there is to know about me and i know everythin there is to know about her she is the best. She is a true friend as she is sincere and kind and a lovely person this girl is a 1 in a million

Just a few, but really, I wouldn't want a friend who would do ANYTHING for me. S/he should be brave enough to tell me if I make a mistake and not follow blindly where I lead. But I think I know what you mean, and that certainly would be the way to tell if they are true friends.
