I am sure all of you got this e-mail talking about friends and if you want to have a good luck, you have to send it to 10 more people.I got this kinds of e-mails in my inbox almost every two weeks and tell you the truth I never bother to send it to other people.I think it is just bulk.Ok but yesterday I got somethign similat about Jesus(how he loves you and so)and you have to send it to 7 more people to be good christian or something like that.I have to tell you how mad it makes me, beucase why would somebody use for this kinda e-mails Jesus?Isn't this a little bit too much?I think so, and I am not really straong christian.So I was thinking yesterday, what are those all e-mails for?Someone get traffic...or??Do you have any idea what is the real usage of this e-mails?Do you also ingonore them or send them so many times it tells you?

I am way ahead of this one....IT is VERY annoying, I recently sent an e-mail back to a "Friend" who sent me one, claiming to give you good luck if you forwarded it to at least 10 friends, and more luck if forwarded to more. Here is the part that really made me question my friendship, if I did not forward it, I could have bad luck for up to 7 years. Now, riddle me this batman, but what kind of friend wishes you bad luck and for 7 years!!! Who has time for this! oh and Jesus sent so many e-mails didn't he...people never sense to amaze me...Maybe one day they will look through the window from another perspective.

I got tonnes of it Laurika and they are all spammers. If you reply there will be their next follow up. Currently I ignore that kinda stuffs, totally. And really, I hate them much.
I think if you keep on reacting to their e-mail, you computer will be 'killed' by their sent 'viruses'. They always use Jesus name to scamming their activities.
Many times I help members here, to stop them from scammers and one of the successful one was;

I get these from my frieds all the time. we just enjoy sharing them. I don't send them to any one that would not enjoy getting them. I don't think they are for any traffic because they just come from people that you e-mail things to. Why get more mad about them than some of the other junk taht gets emailed to you. Just delete them in the same way

yeah in reality sometimes i receive it as usual me too..especially on an e-mail account where it is associated to a instant messanger so there ar also people added that know it!!
in reality i don't send it everytim so many times the mssage wants because i think that it's really strange mails like that also because many of them ..are linked to some profitable opportunity for someone!!i think that if someone write it down this mail surely have a sort of benefits about them..sometimes people write it just for fun especially young people who wants just having fun and ahre something with friends!!
usually i deleted because many are too much as wel...send it 10 times nd the love of your life will appear tomorrow..send it 20 times and your telephone ring..so i think are stupid in many caese so i haven't motivtion to continue this tend to other users!!
many of them considere them spam so is annoying..and stole spce in the mail adress..so i think they are not so useful for all!!

These are forwarded emails from friends. That is where I get them anyway and yes I will usually send them to other friends unless it is something stupid, like if you don't send this to so many people in the next however minutes you will have bad luck for the rest of your life. I think those are just stupid and I delete them. :)

I see these types of emails all the time and to be honest, I just ignore them. Religious related or not because I think it's such a huge ploy to get people to send these annoying emails that NO ONE likes to read or recieve. I just consider them junk mail and I delete them without evening opening. Pointless in my opinion. I think the religious emails kind of guilt people into sending them, kind of like you're a bad person cause you didn't send this email about God on to others to spread his message.

People just try to get their chain mails around the internet as much as possible. If threatening you with bad luck won't work, they'll tack Jesus on the end to persuade a person to pass it on. Let me tell ya, Jesus doesn't care if you pass that e-mail on. Some people just try anything to make people feel guilty enough to pass it around.

I ignore every chain email i receive. i simply just don't believe in them. i mean, what does the number of receipients got to do with your faith or luck? nothing. its very foolish. its very clear that these spam emails just want to earn money in a very absurd way. i delete them instantly once i read the lines "forward this to a number of your friends or you'll get bad luck, you do not love Jesus, something bad will happen to you or your loved ones.." they really piss me to the highest level.
i'll share with you a chain text message that thwarts these kinds of stuff:
"don't you just hate chain texts/emails?
they wish you good luck but threaten you with bad luck.
so don't be a victim, pass this to 1,234,567,890 of your friends or else
your butt hole will close."
this made me laugh so hard. ^__^;;

From what I've seen, these e-mails don't seem to profit anyone as there is usually no links in them. They tend to appeal to superstition - that is, that people are afraid not to send them on in case bad luck befalls them. My philosophy is that luck comes and goes in life anyway and it's not worth paying "what if?" any attention because it does not exist yet. Mostly I just trash the e-mails and I still get good luck and bad luck as everybody else does :-)

If these emails are not from someone you know, laurika, I would consider them as chain letters. If this is what they are, I would simply delete them or report them as spam. Internet chain letters are pretty much like their predecessors that were popular before the internet came along. Nobody really likes to receive them. Some people even view them as bad luck.

Hello laurika. This is the so-called chain letter. It is very annoying to have chain letters. Sometimes I have to pass it on to my friends because of some of the words that drive me to. I am glad that I don't have this kind of chain letters for a long time.

If its a cute story I might copy and paste (I never forward) but other than that, I delete. Half the time I dont' even open it if hte subject is obvious a chain letter style. Thing is, my friends do this to me and they will take time to do this but don't take as much time to write and talk to me! I'd much rather they throw a few lines my way about what they've been doing and all, than to throw me chain letters. I get so tired of them. My neice has me on her "list" and she must send 10 a week (gotta wonder what she is doing where in order to get so manyto send in the first place!) but I delete them and dont' even open them. I'd rather SHE talk to me than have me talk to someone else!

OH yeah.. those emails.
SOmetimes the message itself is interesting but once it gets to the part where it says that I have to send it to x number of friends to have good luck or if I don't I will have all this bad luck.... straight to the trash with them.
I don't appreciate forwards. I know I receive zillions of them, but with very few exceptions I don't forward them to anyone. I"m sure people already get enough jokes, inspirational quotes and messages and all kinds of silly things, they don't need me to resend them again.
As I said some are interesting, or funny sometimes but the whole thing makes mailboxes full fro no reason, really.

I would just send mails out if I've got such kind of mails since most of the times, the mails' content is OK, it could at least reminds us of something. I don't really believe in the so-called bad luck would come to me if I don't do as what the emails requires.

Hi Laurika.
Yea, I am getting that almost everyday. Haha. Some even worst, kind of cursing people. Kind of "if you do not forward this email..something bad will happen on you". Or some even will curse your family and so on. I am feeling it's too much all the time. Haha.
Well, some of this email were served to transmit worm and virus. It is mainly due to people will forward and the worm will get it chance to spread...Anyway, I am not saying all emails are like this.
Haha.

Depends on the content of the email, if it is good than I will email it to others. Most of the time, I will delete it from my inbox.
