When I was little, around 6 years old probably... I really hate turning off the lights when it's time to sleep. I could still remember my parents bearing with me to sleep because the lights are on since I have to sleep with them during those times. I don't know why the sudden change though, right now I am sleeping on my own... of course I have to! I am 20 years old anyways haha... and I can't sleep with the lights on.

I love to sleep when the lights are on. I always keep a less powered light on in the bed room as well as in the area before the room.

Hi!
It's the same with me. We always turn on the saving light when we go to sleep to make it convenient for my kid to go to bathroom at night. I'm tired of the light at night. I can't sleep if the light are too shining. So we have to cover the saving light with a paper card so that the light isn't shining too much.

I can't sleep with the light on. I don't know why but it annoys me a lot! I can't even sleep during the daytime. Even though I am sleepy or tired, I just can't seem to find a way to sleep well. If I was able to sleep with the lights on, I would most probably wake up with a headache.

No I cant. I have to have the lights off and the Tv. My younger son is the same way. He will wait for everyone to go to sleep and turn off all lights and TVs. My husband and my older son are the oppisite. They cn sleep with the lights on, tv blaring. I swear a train could go through the house and they wouldnt her it. LOL.

when i was growing up i am used to sleep with the lights off. when i got married my hubby cant sleep with the lights out. it was a hard adjusting but we compromise on having a lamp shade instead of the ceiling lights open.

Yea.. i can sleep in any conditions, with lights on, or when someone is hearing the music, or with TV shows on.. and more importantly i sleep as soon as i go to bed within minutes.
Take care and have a nice day.

Hello there. Since young, I cannot sleep with lights on. I am a light sleeper. Any slight movement, noise or light can wake me up from my sleep.
I find lights too glaring and hate sleeping with lights on. If I have no choice but to sleep with lights on (ie. traveling with friends who are afraid of darkness). I'll usually wear a eye mask when I sleep. =D
