Question for the Women

How many women sleep with their bras on. I was told when I was a little girl that you are to be free at night and wasn't suppose to sleep with your bra. But as I got older I find that alot of women sleep with them and say it helps with sagging in the future. I know you're suppose to sleep with them when your pregnant that is the only time I've done it and I really didn't do that much then. I feel like I'm closed in if I keep mines on all day and all night.
How many others out there hw the same feeling I do? or have different views about sleeping with your bra on?

I'd never heard of wearing them at night during pregnancy. Do you know why?
Anyway I do have a night one that I wear sometimes because I'm nursing but I wouldn't wear a regular one to sleep in. My night one isn't really much different that a close fitting tank top.

I never sleep with a bra on. I hate the feeling of bras to begin with and that is usually the first thing I do when I get home from work--take the bra off! I could never stand to sleep in a bra. I would say do away with them all if we could get away with it. lol

I don't like to sleep with a bra on, I think it is uncomfortable. So I don't do it..it can't possible help that much with sagging..at least in my case since I have little boobies =)

Oh I think it would be awful to sllep with a bra on but i have heard a couple of friends who are very big do find it more comfortable when they wear one, I don't have that problem so I like to sleep free LOL..

It depends, sometimes I will fall asleep fully clothed because I was working so hard that day that I just became too tired to do anything else, but sleep.

Until recently, I always thought bras were supposed to be uncomfortable!! About a month ago I was actually fitted for one - after over 30 years of wearing them! Now mine are very comfortable and I usually don't feel like I even have one on. But, I sure can't sleep with it!! It comes off when the jammies go on!

Its not good for you to sleep with it on. The boobs need to relax at night. It actually better for you to sleep "comando" or "Buck Naked" LOL!. I do and its great. I hate to wear a bra to begin with. I only wear it if I have to go out. Other than that I wear a sports bra or nothing at all. Thats just my opinion though.

I was always told when I was growing up that it was not good to keep it on all night, b/c it binds you and keeps your body from circulating. I don't know if it's true or not, but I am not comfortable keeping it on all night, I wear it all day and when it comes to night time, I most always take it off. I don't really think much can be done about the sagging, it's just gravity and age.

I usually do not sleep with my bras on because I just want it to feel free at night. They also say, it could facilitate the flow of blood. :)

I never wear my bras to sleep. I feel that they are uncomfortable. And at night once you take it off, it just feels so good and relaxing. Though I do admit that I have slept with bras on. But that was when I was just to tired and exhausted to remember to take it off before I fall asleep.
