I think love and trust go hand in hand, yet it is still possible to love someone and not trust them. I know this, because I have been through it enough times. My husband had shattered my trust with a betrayal once and it has taken a long time to get over it, forgiveness is a big step forward and necessary to rebuild a relationship. I do trust him and I do love him, but for a period of time, trust was minimal but my love for him was great, it is what got us through the hard times.

i must admit that i have cheated on someone that i loved and who loved me back really hard. i have regretted it for quite some time now. when he found out about me cheating, he said that his whole view of me changed. he felt like i would never betray him and when he found out that i did, our relationship was on the rocks. we aren't together anymore, but we are the best of friends. i love him and he tells me that he loves me all the time, but because of the whole trust issue, we cannot be together. we both understand that.

They should go together because i believe to love someone who need to be able to trust them, it depends on the person if some one will love a person again if they betrayed you some think that it wrong but other forgive.

This is only what I can say: "WHAT REWARD SHALL WE RECEIVE IF WE ONLY LOVE THOSE THAT LOVE US?" It came from the Bible.
