How do you make Extra Money besides a job or internet?

As others have said, yard sales can be good for a little extra money and also get rid of some of your stuff that you no longer need/want. I have had limited success with garage sales, it's easier for me to just donate my stuff. It also is a one-time-deal, so if you're just looking for some "quick cash" that would be a way to go. But, if you're looking for a nice income stream, I can share with you what my husband and I are doing. It's not a get-rich-quick thing and it is work, but you are paid for your efforts. Hey honey, I love to know the answer to this question too. :P But your ideas are good. If you have old stuffs you do not need, instead of letting them accumulate dust, selling them for some extra cash is a good idea. One, they will fetch you some bucks. I make Christian related jewelry. Though I have tended to steer away from this a bit, due to time constrants. But this is how I have made money. What I have made most of is I (heart) Jesus and Jesus (heart U. I sell them for a $1 each and they make great witnessing tools too!

I had a yard sale few months ago.It is satisfactory. i sold half of them.even i earn little money,but i think it is worth.i think listing the item on ebay is a good idea.you can try it.

How much extra money do you want to make? The key is knowing what you want (be realist) A yard sale works in the summer time but if you want to make extra other parts of the year you need to make a plan. What if I told you that you can make a little extra REAL money whenever YOU want to. I can do that. Now you won't make 1000's of dollars a week...But you could make a little extra for Christmas or birthday or bills coming up. I'll tell you more if you want. Oh and best of all I'm not one of those "I've got this plan that will make you rich but before I tell you you have to pay me so much money" Give me a break! I found a way to do it and it should be free for those who want to.

yes garage sale in summer should help. also I work part time and sell on Ebay sometimes. Not a lot, but considering I get rid of old unused stuffs. some sites online I don't join anymore. I'm bored with them. I'm just here now

I don't have other sidelines right now aside for myLot but before, my sister and I used to sell our old clothes. we'd collect all our old clothes and make our cousin sell it to the market. after a few times we stopped because we ran out of good nice clothes and the left ones didn't attract any customers anymore. then I also sold my old magazines. I sold all those I didn't mind losing. ^__^ and then I did coloring books and sold a lot of 'em. but I couldn't continue it because I don't have enough free time anymore to draw. now I only have myLot. ^__^

we generally have about 3 or 4 garage sales per year, during the spring and the fall and use that money to go on a family adventure (ie like the amusement park) you could try putting clothes in a consignment shop? do you craft? write?

I don't know how to answer this. I do have yard sales, but mainly that is only to get rid of junk. Mainly I work for myself to make money, doing services and my internet business is doing pretty good and hopefully next year it will be my main income. I guess instead of a yard sale if you realy wanted to make money you could list the items on ebay?

A yard sale? Hope it doesn't rain! Ebay is a good start too and I'm sure there are plenty of other auction houses online these days. You could also have a swap meet and see what you get in return and cash could be considered a swap! lol.

Try to find out where and how you are wasting money and don't even realize it. My blog Coffee Break Whatever Save Money (link in my profile) tells my personal experience about finding money I didn't know I had or was wasting it and not realizing it. Some actually happened to me, others are just common sense that I see other doing (or not doing).

I make money by creating softwares in C#,VB .NET and othe languages. I get the data storage software job in 2-3 months also i do some photoshop work etc.

Yard sale is a good idea but it would be good if you work part time at place where you would love to work without boredom eg: cyber cafe
