Pretty broad topic, what did you feel was the hardest boss out of all the final fantasy games, and why?

i haven't played that many ff games, but the hardest boss for me would be sephiroth. he wasn't so hard when i finally got all the materia and weapons i needed, though.

Omega from Final Fantasy V. Even with the best equipment and setups there were plenty of times my characters were eating dirt.
