Well i have a credit card. That answers the first question but as to the second question I don't know what you mean. Do you mean how much money would it cost to apply or what is the limit? If the question is how much it costs to apply well, there's no cost: fill up the application form and wait for the approval. If the question is about the credit limit, I went for only PHP 20000.
