Green-eyed monster or jealousy comes out when someone feels a fear that he/she is loosing the partner, the person is threatened. It is just normal to feel this way. However, it gets dangerous when the partner feeling this way is being carried away by this monstrous feeling. He/she gets paranoid, and even overly possessive because of too much jealousy. For this reason that the other partner also gets affected beause he/she is the subject involved. Naturally, it could ruin a relationship. A person should be the master of his emotions not a slave of his emotions. Let himself be the one in control and not his feelings take over.

Jealousy is the root cause of most problems in relationships. When you realize that your partner is a individual who is capable of making their own decisions it becomes easier to accept if they want to move on from a relationship. It is very important that you have enough self worth that you do not want to be with someone who no longer wants to be your make or partner.
Fear is a great monitor but is also the cause of irrational paranoia. If you truly love your partner you should let them go free and if they returned to you then the relationship was intended to be. If you force someone to stay with you that the entire relationship is based on untrue pretense. If you love yourself you will understand that life is a constant evolution and that people fall in and out of love on a regular basis.

I agree with you. Self worth a MUST in one's self, if this is present, it follows that you are secured of yourself, and can carry on even without your partner.

People are always jealous, it's in their nature. it does ruin relationships, and never results in anything positive. Sometimes people do crazy things for their partner, and claim it is out of love. it never is.

Yes, it's a persons nature. And out of this that they can already destroy their own relationships, though they could deal with it if they wat to.
