Here are some cheap home made facials that are great for your skin... Make up any of the following and leave on your skin for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with water... enjoy!
- smooth on plain yoghurt- it contains a form of lactic acid that works as a natural exfoliant.
- Mashed avocado pulp rubbed into the skin is a great moisturising mask. Mayonnaise works well too (this can also be used on your hair for deep conditioning)
- A beaten egg white sprinkled with 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder is a great skin saver
- An egg white mixed with strawberries will absorb excess oil

Thanks for that! They are great!
THe only thing that you need to watch out for is that you use the right type of mask for your skin. For example if you have dry skin you don't want a mask that will soak up the oil and if you have oily skin you do not want to use a high moisture mask!

One thing you may want to consider with this is the use of olive oil both consuming it and using it as a face oil/face mask. On the consumption side, take in more Vitamin C, D, E and K to help the skin and cells.
