Facial scrubs are great for removing dead skin cells and surface grime, leaving skin feeling firm and smooth.
Here's some home made facial scrubs you can make, massage into damp skin and rinse off. Make your own from any of the folowing:
- Combine grapefruit juice and oatmeal into a paste
- Add sugar to your cleanser and massage into skin
- Mash together strawberries and oatmeal
- Mix ground almonds with ground dried orange peel and a few drops of almond oil

These are interesting!! I haven't heard these ones before. What does adding sugar to your cleanser do for you face? :)
Thanks!

Sugar is something nice and coarse but still natural. It serves as an exfoliate similar to some deep cleaning face products.

Oh cool! I never knew that! Thanks for explaining it to me :) And you can add it to ANY face cleanser and it works?

Its pretty passive so it should work on many faces. Plus its a natural item, so full rinsing isn't that much of a concern unlike the chemical based items.

Yea I use homemade scrub too, especially for skin, it'really cheap and simple! My favorite is the sea salt one and you could take a look at the recipe *smiles*.
