according to some people, study is nonsense, it won't make a person rich its just a waste of money. but others said that the prefer to study because most of the company hires professionals especially who are graduated from standard schools. If you were to ask which do you prefer? school or work?

Education is never wasted. Even if you don't do anything more glamorous than becoming a garbage man! Having knowledge makes us more interesting and well-rounded, and capable of having an intelligent conversation. I loved school, and still enjoy learning things after all these years. I write research article, which requires me to learn more about the subject, so I guess I am combining study with work.

I study for work and light entertainment. There is also interest in studying since it expands a person. It is also enhancing and a person can know more about the world through studying and experience. But for real world, I would work and at least allow some room for professional studying. Research and development is an example.

I love school. If I lived in an ideal world, I would quit my job & go to school full-time & get tons of degrees!

I don't understand your question. You initially ask which you prefer, to study or to work, but later you mentioned about companies hiring graduates from school...if its just a choice of either, sure. But if its study leading to work, then I don't really see the point of your question. Anyway, if I get to be paid while studying, I would choose studying...

I think people seem to fail to take account of the fact that education does not end with graduation. No one can deny the fact that a person's education is the most important aspect of his life.A large number of people tend to live under illusion that they had completed their education when they finished their school .Of course, taking a major-related job, students can not only improve their academic studies, but also gain much experience, experience they never be able to learn from textbooks. So,treasure your time in the school and try your best to learn as much as possible. Study isn't nonsense, and never will!

When I had my intern last summer, I had the chance to work with a big company and it was such a pleasure but it was as well my first time to be with people whose career is one of their important thing. Working is hard but I prefer to be working now and earning on my own. I’m still a student by the way.

Well,I prefer to study first.Just like you said, most of the companies hire professional especially who are graduated from standard schools.Another advantage is about the salary you paid.If you are proffesional. You will get more money then the one who is not skillful.Do you agree with me?

I do both at the same time. I am a full time student and I work full time. yes, sometimes it really sucks. I really want to take a leave from work until I get my degree done. Only 1 more semester to go! yeah!. Anyway, check out my blog on my page for lots of ways to make quick cash.

In my opinion i would go for studies and then for some work. You can do work afterwards also, but you can't do your schooling afterwards....... Moreover,if you are a graduate or a higly qualified person, then you are more likely to get a job which is highly paid. It's not that you can only do a job,you can also do for doing any of your work, and moreover studies will help you in your work.In my opinion everyone should be a well educated citizen...

you need an education to get higher paying jobs, i.e engineering jobs, doctor jobs etc. sure without a higher education you can make money but it will never be as high as the money you will get when you work with a degree. so i'd rather complete my education before working.

I just recently graduated last april and all i can say is that i miss studying. When you start working, you get to feel the gravity of the real world - a world full of deadlines, balancing accounts, paying bills, mortgages, investments, etc. For me, studying is never a waste of money especially if you like the field you're studying. with the high rise of unemployment not only in the philippines, you have to equip yourself with the expertise in your chosen field that only education can give. Studying will help you stay ahead of the competition.

I think to value the worth of the study or work is depend on your heart. If you attend to do one thing,it is value to you.Studying in school is not a waste of money if you really to study hard. But you have no interest in knowledge and study in shcool,it may be a waste of money. The same to work,if you put heart to learn technic,it will be important to you.So you must choose which are best to you .what you are interested in. I think it is improtant.

Well I think one cant get rich just by studying but at the same time educatioon is necessary to live a good and happy life. Its not a waste of money but I think that its the best way one can invest his/her money............... I would prefer to study first and after that I would like to go into bussiness. Its very important to have a good education because if you ever fails in your primary proffesional bussiness, then you can get a job on the bases of your qualification and your education!
