my favorite would have to be fruit,and i love those 100 calorie packs they came out with.they are just enough for a lite snack to satisfy you.

I LOVE Okra! Jarred or cooked. Both are great! And they are really healthy! A whole jar only has 5 calories! So you can pig out on them and not worry about it! ;P In fact, I eat them so much my mom now says I can only have 1 a day! lol. That doesn't always happen ;P But she'll never know! lol.

Fruits are my favorite healthy snacks.
Mostly grapes and apples.

My favorite healthy snacks are fruit. I like to eat grapes,oranges and watermellon. I also like granola bars and vegtables with dip. Like cucuebers and carts to dip. I guess it depends on what mood I am in and th time of the year also.

I love the Yoplait light Whips. They are so soft and fluffy. They taste like an indulgence, but they have no fat, a small amount of sugar, and they are like 100 calories. My favorite is the strawberry. I do like veggies and dip, but the dip I like is usually not healthy, which defeats the purpose. : )

My favorite healthy snacks are dry fruits, and fruits as well. I love fruits all the time. Especially, apples, mangoes, grapes and bananas. I like the papaya as well. I would love to make a nice fruit salad out of them and enjoy a healthy snacks every day. :)

I like all of those you list as well as nuts - any kind of nuts is good for you - popcorn, but unfortunately I like lots of butter, so that defeats the "healthy" part and those 100 calorie snack packs are terrific. I nice fresh salad with vinegarette dressing is always a good healthy choice also.
With so many good healthy choices, why do I find myself thinking about chips, ice cream and brownies so much...lol...?

i like noodles very much. especilly boiled the noodles and cook the egg and tomato together. mix them. put some spinach, some oil, some salt into the mixture. it is really delicious. you can do it yourself. just have a try. 5 minutes later you will get the most delicious snacks.

if u want a healthy lifestyle and a longer life, you must prefer fruit or veggies because it doesn't have any preservatives that can harm your body.
