why do kids nowadays, don't like much to eat veggies? if you have any idea how to cook veggies that will encourage the kids to eat it. Help me how.

tamsimama if u want a healthy lifestyle and a longer life, you must prefer fruit or veggies because it doesn't have any preservatives that can harm your body.

raw veggies or cooked? and how?

do you eat your veggies raw or cooked? and how long do you cook it for and do you steam it or boil it? i read its better to steam because you save alot of vitamins and stuff_ whats the perfect amount of time to steam to get it...
