do you eat your veggies raw or cooked? and how long do you cook it for and do you steam it or boil it?
i read its better to steam because you save alot of vitamins and stuff_
whats the perfect amount of time to steam to get it not too raw and not soft at aLL!!

It depends on what kind of vegetable it is. Asparagus takes less time than carrots, cauliflower is in the middle. Less than five minutes is good for most veggies, but the best way to get the nutrition is by eating them raw or juicing. One of my favorite things is equal parts carrot juice and orange juice. They call it a sunrise. Sooo good.

there are veggies that can be eaten without cooking like cucumber but some of the veggies must be cooked first before eating. this is because, some farmers put chemical(pesticides) on their products to prevent or to protect from pests. it is better to cooked than to eat it by raw. to cook veggies, see to it that it will not be overcooked so that the vitamins & minerals will retain.
