Got good news from my Chemo Doctor today .
all my bllod test came back negtive for cancer in the rest of my body.
I felt a whole world lift off my shoulders when He showed me all the results of the blood tests.
But he is keeping me on the pills and wait to see when I heal completely up to find out if he wants to do CHemo at al on me.
and if he does it will just be to make sure no little cells got away from surgeon during the operation. as you know they took 18 lymphnodes and only one contained cancer. So it would seem to me that al was gotten but Chemo Doctor want sto make sure. Me too.
hugs and blessings to all my friends who have prayed and let candles and what ever else they have done I am truely blessed with friends here on mylot!

Big huggers to you Lakota! SO glad that everything is going well. I have been wondering how you are. Chemo is a scarey thing, but if it can rid your body of stray cancerous cells it is worth having it done. My prayers are with you.

That is so wonderful news. I am glad the treatment went okay and there is no cancer left in your body. I hope you take it easy and don't work too hard. Just keep taking the pills and be sure to see your doctor if you feel that something is going wrong. It is so good to hear of someone being cured of cancer or at least, the cancer is in remission. All the best to you in the coming days.

thanks for stopping by.
as I wrote this 3 weeks ago I have almost healed all the way up as of Monday nurse put no packing in the woundsjust put on something to get any drianage and clear plastic so I can shower when I want.
I have a feeling that she will release me soon as she will not have any thing left to bandage lol. Now I also have a theripist and hurts like hell when she steaches me. but and doing better on the exercises she has giving me. If nurse releases me my therapist will also have to let me go but will send me to out pateince to do the rest of the therapy.
Tring to get off the pain pills so have slowed down on those the last few days.
I go back to Surgeon on the 19th and I feel like he will release me then but then I still have the Chemo Doc to see in Jan so have to see what he says Chemo or no chemo or just the pills I like the pills I havent lost my hair yet loll atho I had it cut real short.
hugs and blessings to you

Hi Lakota...
My goodness have I ever been out of the loop...but I have some time to spend here today and I am doing my best to play catch up. When I logged on and saw this post I was soooooooo happy to hear this! I cannot imagine what it felt like to receive good news like this after all you've been through. How wonderful for you and all your loved ones.
It is my sincere hope and continual prayer that you will soon have all the pain, discomfort and concern behind you. You deserve many good things...and a great life and all your friends here have been praying for that outcomes and I trust it will manifest in the not too distant future. Your positive outlook and courageous way of dealing with this has been very inspiring to me and I am sure many others.
Love, hugs and light...

Yes, I miss you too...and being here but it is just the way life is going. It will be increasingly more challenging to keep all the balls int the air with what David and I are doing to increase our income.
However, I will do my best to show up regularly..even it is not as long. Not to worry though you and I have a connection and will continue to stay in touch by phone and e-mail when I am not here.
Love you my friend,
Raia

What wonderful news, Hon! God bless you and may the good stuff keep on coming. Your doctor is right to want to be extra sure if he does opt to give you chemo. It's no fun, as you know, but it will be over before you know it then you can get back to enjoying your life as you deserve to. I'm keeping you in my prayers as I do with all of my friends here and on the "outside".
