Use a recorder to record your voice when you practice English. You will be amazed by how bad you really is... I tried it, & it scared the hell out of me... But if you really want to learn proper English, moved to somewhere that everyone ONLY speak in English - that's the best way to learn a Foreign language. OR you can force yourself only use English daily, no Mandarin or any other languages allowed!

Isn't you get friends who taking the same exam with you try to train yourself by talking with them and first thing you should know, confident with ourself and don't be ashamed.
