whats your favorite fish

My favorite fish is Bangus, i think in your country you called it milkfish, im not sure about it. The first time i eat bangus, i really don't like it because it has a lot of fish bone and hard to eat because of that until the day comes that fish sellers discover how to make boneless bangus, so i just buy boneless fish and its ready to cook because they also sell marinated boneless bangus. I think they marinate it with vinegar and lot of garlic. yum yum yum..

grouper, tuna, milkfish and pompano. I love it when grilled except for grouper. Sweet and sour grouper. I love it!

TUNA!!! whatever the recipe i just coudn't get enough of it. I love canned tuna and tuna sandwiches.n_n

For just a work of nature, I'd pick the swordfish, blue marlin, and various tropical fish and flounder. For consumption, catfish is pretty good. As is flounder. Salmon is a given in my book, really tasty.
