The easiest way for you is to take "strepsils" tablet and it is available at most major sundry shop. And it will soothe your sore throat. But you have to stop taking ice drink and any oily food because it will make you more worse and long time for recovery. I give you the most available product for your sore throat problem.
Happy Posting!!! and Singing.

Hello prettyhanan,If your cause of your sore throat is overstrain of your vocalchord, then I think you should give
some rest to your voice, also I think you should consider
your singing scale,if your are feeling uncomfortable you can try to sing those songs in little lower scales, however if your cause of sore throat is laryngitis then you need a short course of antibiotic as well a throat paint, most of the time homeremedies dont work in these cases.Thanks.

It seems like you are really taxing your voice/larynx. You can try some of the following
-Drinking a couple more glasses of water, especially before singing
-A hot washcloth around the throat helps relax it
-Some tea with lemon, honey can clear up the throat a bit.
