I've been doing this eversince, but I guess it's been a number's game now. Though there are still a few like me out here, the members who came here for the last months has lowered the QUALITY of this site. It's a battle that is not yet showing results on improvements, as some of the veteran members has left this site just because those new one's are destroying this site's essence. It is sad, but I am still here hoping and doing the best I could to erradicate those abusers and cheaters of this site. Besides, I am so attached with my friends here now that I can't just simply leave.

I couldn't agree with you more. I hate some of the inane discussions (if you can call them that) on here. I'm all for having some meaningful discussions/debates. I couldn't give a rats *** if someone uses mustard or ketchup. Drives me nuts. I wish people would stop and think whether or not they would like to have their discussion in real life with a real person. If not, don't post it here. AHHHH!!!

i am definitely with you... the problem is, i don't have much time here and sometimes i ran out of ideas to start a discussion... that's the reason why i prefer to answer rather than to start a discussion... also, the discussion that i post usually don't get much response... may be it's because they are not interesting enough... anyway, i am here not solely for the money reason... i am here to learn, have fun and make friends with everybody... have a good day...

I think that I make good discussions when I make them, but I can't make discussions every day because then I wouldn't be able to keep up with them. I have a whole life to live offline, so I can't exactly spend 24/7 on mylot. :P I think it's more a matter of the good discussions being hard to find than there not being any good discussions. I always manage to find a few somewhere! I've heard a lot of people saying the things you are in the time I've been on mylot. It doesn't move me much anymore. You can motivate individuals, sometimes, but most people here are still just going to do whatever they are already doing. For some that means starting the same old boring discussions, but there are others out there already posting deeper thought-provoking discussions. It's all in where you look.

That's is a very good attitude and if we have more people like you here, I am sure that all of us can benefit from reading and responding to lots of quality discussions. write away my friend!

I do:P Well, I think the problem with discussions is that they're either very short, like "What do you think about summer?" and without any opinion written by the one who start them (I hate this:/ We should share our opinions not only get them from others:/) or unoriginal/repetetive (see: "How many times a day do you brush you teeth") or simply ridiculous (I wonder what is the point in starting discussion "Imagine you're a mutant. How do you feel..." ._.). Things like this really turn me off. As for me I don't start discussions every day. I know some people have goals like 5 discussions a day plus 25 answers to make but I'm not like that. Sometimes I feel I have nothind interesting on my mind and that's it. But I think/hope that I don't lowere the quality of mylot community;)

Really bored with general disussions and dayto day ones . You start lots o funny discussions we/i will post to you irrespect of sujects.

I actually don't start a lot of discussions, I prefer to just post responses to the discussions that are currently here. And if I'm going to make money here, I'd rather do it by participating in stuff that really catch my attention; stuff that I know of, can relate to, or have an opinion about. That way I don't go around just posting nonsense in the discussions. It's actually great to have myLot as a venue to interact with different people and really discuss things rather than just answering "yes" or "no" because I don't think answers such as those don't really count as a discussion.

AGREE to that. let's be smarty mylotters here. lets have healthy posts that tickle our minds to think. Yup to think, think what to respond, not just to merely respond. i know you still but make every earning worth the kind of response we posts. way to go Marian!

I am with you, Marian. I am here not because of the earnings I will make, but of course friendship and advice from anyone who would help me with my personal problems whenever I needed advice. I am with you girl.
