well, i've gotten missed calls from my friends who are in different countries. we use it as a way to say "hi and Im thinking of you" since the rates to call india and abroad are very expensive. I dont get any missed calls from people i dont know and if im not around when my phone rings and i dont recognise the number, i dont get annoyed. I know if it was urgent the person will call back

Well buddy they are annoying ofcourse. as no one like to be disturbedin such a way. It should be stoped. i have observed as some people has a habbit of making missed calls even on the numbers they dont know.
