Difficult to compare cos they both sing different genre's of music. But if you had asked who was better lookin, I'd say Carrie (without make-up) and Kelly (with make-up) :-)

I'm not much of a fan of Carrie Underwood. I think Kelly Clarkson has had more big hits...a lot that get stuck in my head long after hearing them.

I don't think either one is better than the other. They both have great voices that are powerful, yet unique.
