Let me share something that I have read from the article "Fiction to Reality" of Time Magazine which I consider so interesting. It has mentioned that scientists have proven that human minds are linked with each other through neuron activities. It simply means that if you are thinking of someone all day long without any reason, that someone is probably thinking of you too in any sense.

Quite possible! Have you not noticed we are every moment either thinking about some one or some thing and the brain can't keep itself idle itself! That is the main problem with our brain, we can't ask the brain to take rest! For thios reasons only the physchatrists advice people to meditate which is a form of mental relaxation where the brain as a whole is at absolute rest!
Well for that matter there are many things about the brain which are yet to be exploited, this is an area where the research is going in snail pace because of the complexness opf brain and declicacy of the organ! Still there has been lot of information available on the brain than before!
People with ability of telepathy they say can talk staying away from each other which is like talking on a mobile phone. Here the neurons must be transmitting some messages and the receiver must be receiving them. This seems to be more practiced or attained form of the activity of our brain! Well what you say sounds swemse and lets keep our fingers crossed and wait for further research before coming to any concrete conclusion!
Thanks dear friend for initiating such a nice topic of discussion!

Hello there again AKRao24! You are indeed a genius. You have shared so much information here. And I do appreciate that a lot. I have never thought of this not until you popped the idea. Yeah, meditation is a form of our brain's relaxation. Like what you've said, we could never ask our brain to take a rest. I have also noticed that there are a lot of things that pops in our brain in a day. But I just don't know the rationale on this. But because of you, at least now I do have an idea behind it. Cheers!

hello akrao i think you are totally right we definitley do not use all our brain and there is so much more to know of how the brain works and what it can do-you are also right in saying that we cant ask our brain to rest even when we are asleep its still on the go thats why we dream-i do meditate regularly and that is the only way to slow the brain down and escape into nothingness even to the point of hearing one noise eg a clock ticking everything else is silent when i come out of my meditation i feel calm at peace and can take whatever the world throws at me so yes it is the best form of quietening your mind-from littleowl

Hmmm, showing that neural activity in one brain triggers neural activity in another is not sufficient to show that one thought causes a reciprocal thought in another. Because, neural activity and thought are not the same. And were they then logically you thinking of someone should cause them also to think about themselves!

Well for one fact it's somehow true. I never believe in those psychic aspects but then when I entered high school, it's like I've formed some kind of psychic ability whereas I could sense what is not being said, or what is being implied. But of course, nobody's perfect so in that case I still get a lot of mistakes when I try.
Haha, funny that it really doesn't work out on quizzes!
But now I half-believe that I am a psychic in some form or another.

Yep it happens. Also only 10-15% of the brain is really known even in bleeding edge science. A lot of what goes on and potential isn't really known either.

Maybe this is the reason sometimes why you don't like to go out from your home it's because you have a coming visitor. I experienced this sometimes.
Thanks for the info.
