New Years Eve Plans

My bf and I want to go on vacation around New Years Eve... Suggestions as to where we should go? We live in Ohio... Can't leave the U.S. due to lack of passports. We don't want to spend an extravagant amount of money either. We'd like a warmer area but we are accustomed to cold and snow for the holidays so it doesn't matter either way, really.
