How can any one reduce their weight minimum of 5kgs in a month??

5kg a month is a lofty goal. And won't be maintainable for very long. You should aim for 1% of body weight reduction per week for a sustainable weight loss. The best way is to cut out some snacks, watch the junk food, lower your portions a bit, drink lots of water and move more.

yes u can reduce 4-5 kgs in a month. i have done it. but u have to diet plus exercise to see better results. in diet u should: 1. avoid fried foods completely 2. stop eating sweets, chocolates, cakes, etc 3. eat lots of salads, fruits and vegetables 4. drink about 3-4 lts of water daily. exercise is also important to reduce weight. u should work out for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs daily or at least 5 days in a week. or if work out is not possible u can do floor exercises at home and go out for brisk walking for 1 hr or more. If u will follow this i am sure that u will be succeed in ur goal.

its fine if u can walk for 30 min also. it will help u increasing ur stamina and in few days time u will observe u can walk for more time. continue working u will achieve success in ur goal.

ya thanks your idea was very useful to me and i used to try these things but i cant able to walk more than 30min minimum continuously so anyway your idea is good and i will surely try it

regular exercise alone doesn't reduce weight.. it needs proper diet control and needs to get advice from diet experts....because,it changes from people by people

ya we can reduce weight through pills but there will be no proof that there will be no side effect right...only for few peoples it will be good but for few it will create some other problem right...and just for me loosing 5kgs i dont think so i should take such a risk with my health....anyway thanks for your idea

It may sound silly but fidgeting helps heaps too! if you're constantly moving it will increase your metabolism and you will lose more weight without realising. You can also choose foods which take more energy to burn than eat such as: celery, apple, lettuce, grapefruit, cucumber, carrot, water Have lots of fibre, it makes you feel fuller longer.

work on yourself, take care what you eat, maybe choose a diet. and keep moving all the time - do exercises, run, swim; the main in weight loss is the motivation: establish your goal and go for it. count the calories you eat then try to burn more. good luck!

If you really want to lose weight you have to exert effort on this ..TAEBOXING.. believe it or not..i was 176lbs.. for three months with proper diet.. I was down to 90lbs again.. You can do that ..promise!
